Summer is coming and everyone knows I will be asking you to eat healthy. Choosing lean proteins, a variety of vegetables including lots of leafy greens and healthy fats such as pure olive oil, coconut and organic butter from grass fed cows ARE the answer. Organic is best. Avoid GMO's. Making a colorful plate is sure to provide you with a variety of vitamins and minerals essential for good health, energy and immunity.... If you can't eat organic, the biggest question is..what is ON the food you choose?

This site has tested most of the food that we eat on a daily basis (except junk food). and can help us choose what we eat. Did you know that Liver and Avocados are some of the most pesticide free foods there are? And... that winter squash and Kale are some of the worst? Please use this guide to help you choose what you eat...FOR YOUR HEALTH.
